Commercial basis
Catalog prices are indicative EXW Brazil figures per metric ton. The minimum-order reference is 54 metric tons, equivalent to two 40 ft reefer containers at the published 27 MT planning payload. Product availability, exact load plan, plant eligibility, documents, validity, payment terms and export schedule require written confirmation.
Contracting safeguards
A transaction becomes binding only through an accepted written sales contract or pro forma invoice identifying the current legal seller, exporter, CNPJ, beneficiary bank, producing establishment and agreed Incoterm. Buyers should independently verify those details before remitting funds.
